WYNDHURST MASK POLICY & SAFETY STANDARDS
The town of Lenox, Massachusetts, has updated its mask protocol.
All guests and colleagues are now required to wear a mask indoors at all times and outdoors when social distancing cannot be maintained regardless of vaccination status.
Please visit our Front Desk in the Discovery Cottage of Miraval Berkshires for a complimentary mask.
Guided by our purpose of care, Wyndhurst Manor will continue to abide by the safety procedures established by our trusted panel of medical experts and industry advisors in the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC).
Wyndhurst Manor remains committed to operating at the highest level of safety and will continue following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA).
Guests who are not vaccinated and are not willing to comply with the policy may stay in their guestroom throughout their visit, or they will be asked to leave the premises.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR STAY
Wyndhurst Manor & Club will offer a daily housekeeping service that includes replenishing towels and emptying trash. Full housekeeping service will occur after five consecutive days on the property.
All guests at an outdoor pool in the water do not need to wear a face covering; however, they need to socially distance themselves by 6′ or more from other people who are not part of their immediate party.
Guests who cannot maintain social distancing while lounging outside by the pool must wear a face covering.
All guests at our indoor pool must wear a face-covering in the indoor pool area, even when socially distanced.
Guests may remove their face coverings when they are in the pool.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
We also offer flexible cancellation policies to give you peace of mind while you consider Wyndhurst for future travel.
An advance deposit of 50% of your total stay package is required to guarantee your reservation. We are extending a flexible cancellation policy (up to 7 days before arrival) and not forfeiting deposits should you need to cancel.
OUR CLEANLINESS COMMITMENT
Wyndhurst is working closely with Global Biorisk Advisory Council, and alongside Hyatt, has proudly announced the Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, which focuses on the safety and wellbeing of colleagues and guests in a COVID-19 world and beyond. The commitment includes resort-level health and sanitation accreditation and hygiene specialists and a working group of trusted medical and industry advisors.
