Arrival & departure

Check-in time is 3 pm but guests may arrive on property as early as 11 am.

Check-out time is 11 am and we would be glad to store your luggage at Guest Services should you wish to remain on property til 2pm. Late check-out is based on availability.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

An advanced deposit of 50% of your total stay package is required to guarantee your reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your advanced deposit. For cancellations made 21-30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, your advanced deposit will be held for future use within the same calendar year. For cancellations made fewer than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, your advanced deposit will be forfeited.

Please be aware that Wyndhurst requires 4 hours notice to change or cancel any fee-based activities, private sessions, to avoid a fee being charged to your account. We utilize cancellation policies to ensure that all guests who would like to participate in specific activities are able to do so. State tax fees are applied to all fee-based activities.

Cancellations under 4 hours to fee-based activities, private sessions and spa services will be considered a no show and the entire session or service will be charged to your account.

Sloane’s Tavern Bar: Open Daily from 10am – 10pm

1894 Fireside Bistro & Bar: Thursdays – Sunday from 4pm-10pm

Golf Course: Open Daily, 8am – 5pm

Driving Range: Wednesday – Monday from 9am – 5pm, Closed Tuesdays

Pro Shop: Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm, Saturday & Sunday from 7am-5pm

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Wash and fold service is available daily from 8 am to 5 pm with same day service provided for an additional fee. Laundry bags and slips are located in your guest room closet.

PETS

As much as we love pets at Wyndhurst, there is a no pets policy on our property. We can refer you to a great local pet boarding home for the duration of your stay.

Service animals* are the only pets allowed on property and must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside your guest room. Guests who require service animals must inform a Wyndhurst Advisor that they are bringing a service animal prior to arrival.

*Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Guests may be asked what work or tasks the animal has been trained to perform. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

SMOKING

Wyndhurst is a smoke-free environment and we ask that you refrain from smoking in your guest room and all public areas. A fee of $375 will be assessed to remove smoke odor found in guest rooms. As the safety and efficacy of e-cigarettes have not been fully studied, this policy applies to e-cigarettes as well.

GUESTS PER ROOM

Wyndhurst rooms and suites can accommodate two guests maximum per room.

TAXES & RESORT FEES

Package rates are exclusive of a $35 resort charge and applicable taxes of approximately 11.7%. All paid for classes, workshops, and programs will be taxed at 6%. Retail purchases, a la carte food and beverage purchases and other services scheduled are subject to applicable taxes.
