This Queen Anne-style shingled house with a central gable was designed by Peabody and Sterns and is located near the first tee of the golf course.

Beechers has 25 guest spaces: seven King Rooms, 13 Double Queen Rooms, one ADA Double Queen, two King Junior Suites, and two Double Junior Suites.
